Dato’ Elaine TehCo-Founder & Executive ChairmanDato’ Elaine is the founder of Octopus Group, established in 2002. A recognised Malaysian entrepreneur, she was conferred the title of “Dato’” in 2013 for her achievements in business. With a strong track record across industries including F&B, travel, technology, and supply chain management, she brings visionary leadership and strategic insight to the Group. Dato’ Elaine is also active in non-profit leadership, currently serving as President of the Rotary Club of Sentosa and Chairwoman of IWFCI Malaysia.

Matthew RuscoeManaging DirectorMatthew is a seasoned commercial leader with over 15 years of experience in the global beverage industry. Originally from South Africa, he has held senior sales and marketing roles across South Africa, Hong Kong, Myanmar, and Malaysia.He spent five years with Carlsberg, where he played a key role in establishing and growing the business in Myanmar from a greenfield operation. He later led the Asia Pacific region for Kerry’s branded foodservice division, overseeing regional strategy and commercial execution.

Teo Lek MingFinancial ControllerLek Ming is a seasoned finance professional with over 24 years of experience in commercial finance across Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei. He began his career with Siemens before taking on senior leadership roles at Philips and Carlsberg, where he served as Head of Finance and IT.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), United Kingdom, and brings a strong track record of financial leadership and strategic oversight to the organisation. |
Yvonne KohOperations DirectorYvonne is an experienced operations leader with over 17 years in the consumer and retail sectors. Her diverse background spans administration, customer service, sales and marketing, compliance, procurement, human resources, and supply chain management.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business Management (Marketing) from the University of Bradford, UK, and a Diploma in Compliance from the International Compliance Association via Manchester Business School. |
