Executive - Business Development (TOFT)

[Job Description]

  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
  • Developing and executing channel sales strategies to increase the rate of sale of brands and SKUs
  • In charge of sales expansion, introduce new products to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients
  • Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
  • Submit short and long-term sales plans and prepare sales strategies to reach nominated targets
  • Ensure and responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients and providing them with high quality customer service
  • Ensure smooth roll out of all In-Store activations within the given timeframe
  • Lead & co-work with merchandisers to maintain planograms, improve facings, identify opportunity gaps, minimizing OOS, maximize brand exposure and shelf availability


  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • 1-3 years FMCG (Alcohol) experience in managing mom & pop stores/dormitories account in Singapore
  • Experience in Key Chain stores is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Independent and a good team player, driven & motivated
  • Excellent working relationship with customers and trade
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Product knowledge on Wine, Spirits & Beers will be an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle multiple tasks
