Business Development Exec (TOFT)

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.


  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
  • Developing and executing channel sales strategies to increase the rate of sale of brands and SKUs
  • In charge of sales expansion, introduce new products to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients
  • Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and or exceeding sales targets
  • Submit short and long-term sales plans and prepare sales strategies to reach nominated targets
  • Ensure and responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients and providing them with high quality customer service
  • Ensure smooth roll out of all In-Store activations within the given timeframe
  • Maintaining product facing, improve facings, identify opportunity gap, minimizing OOS, maximize brand exposure and shelf availability
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit


  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years in FMCG (alcohol) and/or sales industry, experience in managing key chain minimarts, mom & pop stores & dormitories accounts in Singapore
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, possess excellent working relationship with Customers & Trade
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Product knowledge on Wine, Spirits & Beers will be an advantage
  • Possess a Class 3 driving license
