JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage orders related to enquiries from customers
- Process orders received from emails, portals and faxes
- Data entry, tracking and record-keeping in sales-related environment
- Interface and coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment on time
- Ensure correct pricing in orders processed
- Resolve issues arising from orders processing with internal stakeholders
- Build sustainable relationships and gain trust with existing customers through effective and interactive communication
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- 5.5 days work week
- Contract 3 - 6 months
REQUIREMENTS
- GCE ‘O’/’N’/ITE qualifications
- 2 years’ sales experience in FMCG products preferably alcoholic products
- Fast and accurate
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Ability to converse in Mandarin and Dialects to liaise with Mandarin and Dialects speaking customers
- Meticulous and hard working
- Able to work in a very fast pace environment
- Good IT skills
- A proven track record of performance and delivery
- Very high level of integrity
