Customer Service Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage orders related to enquiries from customers
  • Process orders received from emails, portals and faxes
  • Data entry, tracking and record-keeping in sales-related environment
  • Interface and coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment on time
  • Ensure correct pricing in orders processed
  • Resolve issues arising from orders processing with internal stakeholders
  • Build sustainable relationships and gain trust with existing customers through effective and interactive communication
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • 5.5 days work week
  • Contract 3 - 6 months

REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE ‘O’/’N’/ITE qualifications
  • 2 years’ sales experience in FMCG products preferably alcoholic products
  • Fast and accurate
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin and Dialects to liaise with Mandarin and Dialects speaking customers
  • Meticulous and hard working
  • Able to work in a very fast pace environment
  • Good IT skills
  • A proven track record of performance and delivery
  • Very high level of integrity
