Sales Support Admin Assistant

Job Description

  • Requesting Credit Bureau Reports for existing or New customers
  • Getting approval trade deals from Brand Principal
  • Data input of Special prices & trade deals for all departments into SAP
  • Generating Stock on Hand reports using SAP
  • Raise samples for Account Managers to personally deliver to New customers or by coordination with logistics team to deliver to customer
  • Collection of samples from warehouse and bring up to Account Manager or General Manager for marketing & sales purpose
  • Drafting of Quotations & Contracts
  • Answering of calls from customers with enquiries • Prepare wholesaler claims for Brand Principals on Free of Charge & Price Claims
  • Keeping track of contracts signed by customers, scan & file into the Contract folder
  • Making sure Customer Creation Forms to be properly filled and signed by individual CEO/COO & HOD
  • Following up of customer accounts are being set up in order to proceed with orders
  • Taking & placing of orders for customer
  • Liaise with logistics for collecting of returns crates & products
  • Retrieve hard copy of invoices to raise Credit Note/ Debit Note
  • Raise Credit Note/Debit Note for price error & price variance
  • Send customers Certified True Copy Hardcopy or softcopy of Credit Note/ Debit Note
  • Preparting Goods Return Note for returned goods
  • Sending of Statement of Accounts to Account Managers OR Customers

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing/Business Management/Sales
  • 1-2 Year experience in Marketing/Sales related roles.
  • Strong IT skills
