Warehouse Operations Admin Assistant


[Key Responsibilities]

  • Data entry and keeping accurate records in a warehouse environment
  • Perform warehouse admin duties
  • Invoicing
  • Handling of warehouse documentation relating to products in/out of the warehouse
  • Maintain good housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of working environment
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

[Job Requirements]

  • GCE ‘N’/’O’/ITE or its equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 years’ working experience in a warehouse admin environment
  • PC literate & proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Multi-tasker with high levels of personal motivation and initiative
  • Meticulous, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent & able to work in a fast pace environment under pressure
  • Team player who is service-oriented and with a positive attitude
  • Able to work rotating shifts
  • Singaporeans/PR only need apply
