Executive - Business Development (TOFT)
[Job Description]
Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
Developing and executing channel sales strategies to increase the rate of sale of brands and SKUs
In charge of sales expansion, introduce new products to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients
Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
Submit short and long-term sales plans and prepare sales strategies to reach nominated targets
Ensure and responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients and providing them with high quality customer service
Ensure smooth roll out of all In-Store activations within the given timeframe
Lead & co-work with merchandisers to maintain planograms, improve facings, identify opportunity gaps, minimizing OOS, maximize brand exposure and shelf availability
[Requirements]
Diploma or Degree holder
1-3 years FMCG (Alcohol) experience in managing mom & pop stores/dormitories account in Singapore
Experience in Key Chain stores is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Independent and a good team player, driven & motivated
Excellent working relationship with customers and trade
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Product knowledge on Wine, Spirits & Beers will be an advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle multiple tasks
